When the 2023 Demon 170 was released, it came equipped with a new control arm bracket designed to put the rear upper tension arm in double shear. This innovation improved rear IRS performance (suspension) under acceleration however certain operating limitations became evident. Being made of steel, it is heavy, it created clearance issues with smaller OD drag wheels, and also with other suspension parts like the AAD Wheel Hop Eliminator suspension components. Additionally it is currently unavailable except as a factory part for Demon 170 owners.
 
AAD has developed a solution! Introducing their billet knuckle reinforcement bracket pairs. These will fit any SRT-knuckle equipped car. They are made from anodized aircraft aluminum and include stainless helicoiled mounting holes. The brackets are 3D CNC machined on all surfaces. For Demon 170 owners, these super-strong brackets drop seven pounds of unsprung weight from your 170!
